For those out-of-network, I can provide monthly documentation for out-of-network reimbursement, provided your plan includes these benefits. I encourage you to ask your insurance provider about out-of-network mental healthcare benefits, specifically if you have a yearly deductible, reimbursement rate, telehealth coverage, and whether there are any limitations for approved visits.

I am licensed in New York and meet virtually with residents of New York state. I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as FSA and HSA cards.
